How to become a Member or Patron
There are a number of ways you can get involved...
| Become a Member | ||
| As a Member, you can get involved with all areas of society life including auditioning for shows, helping backstage or front-of house during shows, enjoying the lively and varied social 'activities', getting the society's newsletter, and even helping with the running of the society as a member of the committee! | ||
| Become a Student Member | ||
| Full-time 16+ Students get all the same benefits described above - the only difference is that they get them at half price! | ||
| (All paid-up 16+ Members are also entitled to attend and vote at society General Meetings - the Annual one and any Extraordinary ones) | ||
| Join our Youth Section | ||
| Members of the Youth Section
put-on their own productions and sometimes join in the main society shows. N.B. It's very popular, so there's generally a waiting list. |
||
| Alternatively, become a Patron | ||
| Patrons are basically people who regularly come to see the society's productions. They don't necessarily do anything else, but they do get the BHOS newsletter "In The Wings" (with all the juicy inside stories!) and are welcome to help backstage or front of house during shows, or join in the society's social activities - many do! There are three categories of Patrons : | ||
|
||
| All Members and
Patrons also get priority booking of tickets for all our shows before they go
on sale to the general public - so, if you want to ensure you get the best
seats in the house, why not join? All you need do is fill-in the relevant following boxes (incl. at least one way we can contact you) and then click the "Send" button to send us the information - someone will then get in touch with you. |
||
Alternatively, if you don't want to become a Member or Patron just now, click here for info about joining our mailing list to keep you in touch with the society's goings-on.
