The page you have just been viewing was created using just HTML and CSS. It should therefore be readable by anyone using a text-only browser or screen reader, and anyone with a visual impairment should be able to increase the font size a bit using their browser's normal controls without breaking the styling.
It should display OK in most web browsers, but unfortunately Microsoft's Internet Explorer doesn't do a great job of implementing internet standards! If you're using Internet Explorer, you are recommended to switch to Mozilla's "Firefox" browser or Apple's Safari, which implement internet standards well, are less vulnerable to security attacks like viruses, run on both Windows & Mac and are free!
If you really have to use Microsoft's Internet Explorer (few people do), please strongly consider upgrading to version 7 which is more secure and does a better job of implementing internet standards, although it's still a long way from perfect. Get IE7 here. (If you're not sure what version of IE you're using, select "Help" from the IE main menu, then "About Internet Explorer" and you'll see the version number there.)
